Classes

Each Class can be in the form of: Hatha, Yin/Restorative, Slow Flow, Body Sculpt Flow, or Cardio

** Please note that each peak pose sequence stretches one more muscle groups, strengthens one or more muscle groups, and has a main cue that needs to be followed to master the peak pose. Each peak pose class is going to stretch and strengthen those muscles groups needed for the pose before reaching the peak pose. This technique ensures proper warm up and cool down to ensure minimal injury for our clients**
